Become a Driving Instructor

All the in car sessions are taught on either a one to one or two to one ratio dependant on the course that you choose at the onset.

We guarantee that you will receive undivided attention and full support from us working alongside you all the way.

The DSA criteria

There are 3 exams to be taken one theory and two practical:

  • PART 1 A
    theory test consisting of 100 multiple choice questions & a hazard perception test
  • PART 2 A
    practical test to assess your own driving techniques
  • PART 3 A
    role play practical test to test you on your ability to teach others. Minimum requirement 40 Hours on teaching techniques

    A CHOICE OF EITHER 40 OR 60 HOURS GAURANTEED PLACEMENT WITH A SCHOOL CLASSROOM & PRACTICAL SESSIONS

 

 

With our personal touch we promise to help get you through your training. All course work and training material provided. Home practice and study will be required.

Trainee license

Upon successfully passing part 2 the trainee can apply for a Trainee License However proof of the completion of the 40 hours in teaching techniques will be requested prior to the issue of the license with the school sponsor. Working alongside the training team are schools that have work placements available on a franchise. (Details of a franchise below) The DSA stipulate that the school sponsor should ensure that you receive support and a further training of 20 hours before an attempt is made at the final exam. Training with the training team will continue.
